Hello, I´m Susana!
Challenged by a friend, I decided to refurbish this wonderful house where I have spent all my holidays. It’s a place where we can combine three different moments: sleeping, working and having fun.
All in one place!
Project
Born in June 2015, The Sea Office is the first place to offer the Sleep, Work & Fun concepts in one place. A place where you can work (coworking space), rest (in a 60’s architectural villa) and have fun (enjoying the resources that Costa da Caparica offers) – all in one place!
Costa da Caparica is a fisherman’s village, 20 minutes away from Lisbon’s International airport. The Sea Office is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach which could make your stay an unforgettable one.
The Space
A villa built in the 60s, made up of two different main areas: the rooms are located at the 1st floor and a ground floor where an openspace area was turned into a coworking space area.
Moments of relaxation and conviviality can be also enjoyed in the garden that is always available.

Great place to stay for surfing, living and working. A few minutes walk to the beach, city centre, bars and restaurants. Owner Susana is always helpful and sharing kitchen and balconies with the other guests gives a great opportunity to meet interesting people. Really nice and welcoming atmosphere. Will be back for sure

It was a wonderful surprise Susana´s and Bud worm welcome and friendliness. A cosy house, simple and spacious, with fun, different and interesting people.

When i had to work i was always divided by the professional and welcoming cowork space or the sunny living room. Both good options i might say.
Better then all of this it´s right beside the sea . But I have to say that is not only good things. Sometimes the sun hides and the wind blows really really cold…rrrrrrr
